Heather Hale, Integrative Health Coach, founder/owner of Frolic & Flow, LLC
Heather Hale addresses health from a holistic standpoint. She enjoys her role as “stage setter” for individuals to conceive, plan, and manifest their best selves. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Emory University, a Master’s degree in Teaching and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia. She maintains her RN license in the state of Georgia. As a licensed Massage Therapist with a certification in Personal Training, she helps people move and live more exuberantly and peacefully. She connected all these threads when she graduated from Duke Integrative Medicine’s Integrative Health Coach Training Program and is now a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach.
Heather possesses an insatiable appetite for knowledge and understanding, especially about the bodymind. She believes Integrative Health Coaching allows her to put all her passions into service: holistic health, joyful movement, mind-body nourishment, teaching, and coaching. She is excited to partner with you on your personal journey!
She wants to honor Thoreau’s words and forge connections which enable herself and others to live vibrant and meaningful lives.
“What you seek is seeking you…” Rumi
"I wanted to live deep and suck out all the marrow of life..."
Henry David Thoreau
Heather trained and competed as an athlete for many years. She played a variety of sports in high school, Division 1 Field Hockey in college, and rugby for 17 years including 6 with the United States Women’s National Team. While she has said goodbye to being a hyper-competitive perfectionist, she still enjoys challenging her mind and body in a variety of ways.
Heather resides in Tucker, Georgia, with her wife and 2 rescue dogs. She enjoys frolicking outside, experiencing different cultures and lands, and talking about important and unimportant things with friends and family. She loves to collect quotes, have a good laugh, and contemplate the meaning of life.
